Internship Description The Facility Management and Real Estate department is in charge of the management of AIRBUS properties and services.
Among its functions we can highlight space optimization policies, coordination of construction or renovation projects, contracting of products and services related to the proper functioning of the facilities, as well as their maintenance and conservation, or the development of corporate strategies regarding the real estate resources.
Facility Management is one of the major contributors, based on its management, of the impacts of AIRBUS sustainability policies and, therefore, a key area in the company's strategy.
Project object The objective of the project is to improve the sustainability of the Cadiz, Puerto Santa Maria plant, in three fundamental lines of action.

Current situation and needs plan The plant is currently in a transitory process of transferring its facilities, which implies the need to optimize their conditions through control, monitoring and repair.
