Position: Head of Sales Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requisitos del puesto
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency required)
- Additional language skills in Russian/Ukrainian are a plus
- Possession of a personal vehicle
- Organised, initiative-taking, and results-oriented
- A team player with a positive attitude
