The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, extensive experience in change management, and a strong background in the educational field. This role will be pivotal in driving key projects that align with our strategic goals and enhance our educational offerings.Key Responsibilities:· Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.· Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.· Facilitate effective communication and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and developments.· Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.· Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.· Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management.About you:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.· Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an educational setting.· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
