ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Ardagh Metal Packaging is looking for  Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Role overview.
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer you will be at the forefront of the digital transformation in manufacturing and production.
Your role is pivotal in integrating advanced technologies to create intelligent factories in all our regions (Europe, South America & North Amerika) that are efficient, sustainable, and innovative.
Key responsibilities.
Lead the implementation and roll-out of cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and robotics to enhance production processes.
Collection, analysis and interpretation of production data to optimize process efficiency.
Planning, implementation and monitoring of projects to implement new technologies.
By using project implementation tools and management (PMO), as PDCA, DMAIC, Stage Gate and AGILE methods.
Training and support.
Create Training material for implemented use cases and train production personnel in the use of new technologies and support with technical problems.
Close collaboration with IT, production, quality assurance and others to ensure smooth integration and acceptance of technologies.
Promote sustainable practices by leveraging technology to reduce waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact.
Education & Training.
Completed studies in engineering, computer science or a related field.
Solid knowledge of IoT, Big Data, AI, automation and network technologies.
Analytical skills.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English minimum).
Experience.
Some years of experience in implementing Industry 4.
technologies in the production environment.
Experience in project management (PDCA, DMAIC, AGILE & Stage Gate) and being a part of interdisciplinary teams.
Experience on Problem-solving & analysis method application.
