APPLIED DIGITAL INNOVATION ENGINEER (TRAINEE)

The Applied Digital Innovation Engineer will be responsible for rapidly developing and implementing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to drive digital transformation across various platforms. This role focuses on full-stack development, integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data-driven methodologies to create innovative, scalable solutions. The engineer will handle both front-end and back-end development, ensuring that each PoC optimizes business processes and aligns with strategic objectives. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, the engineer will play a key role in automating and enhancing critical operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Rapidly prototype front-end and back-end components to create functional PoCs that validate new ideas. Design, develop, and deploy PoC using no-code, low-code, and custom code platforms (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Integrate RPA and AI to automate and enhance business processes. Leverage RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and AI/ML technologies to implement automated, intelligent solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Collaborate with IT, data analytics, and business units to identify opportunities for innovation. Use full-stack development skills to create tailored solutions for automating processes and integrating advanced technologies across departments. Document technical processes, designs, and findings for each PoC. Ensure all PoCs are designed with scalability in mind, facilitating easy transition to full-scale implementation if successful. Required Skills & Qualifications: Student in bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge in any of these tools: full-stack development using front-end (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end (e.g., Python, Node.js) technologies. no-code/low-code platforms, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and AI/ML integration. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL). Interest in digital innovation and business process automation and designing and deploying PoCs using automation and AI technologies. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent collaboration skills, and the willingness to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
