Estamos seleccionando un Country Manager para el equipo de México.
Qué harás en tu día a día.
Desarrollar las estrategias de mercado en el canal wholesale y retail.
Ejecutar estrategias para aumentar la presencia de nuestras marcas en el país y desarrollo de ventas.
Identificación de oportunidades de mercado, análisis de la competencia y la implementación de planes de acción.
Expandir canal retail con mayor posicionamiento en el mercado, aumentando para ello nuestros puntos de venta.
Gestión de departamentos, contacto con equipos y dar apoyo para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa y proporcionando dirección.
Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, negocio retail, mayoristas y consumidores finales, para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y fomentar la robustez de la marca.
Elaborar y gestionar el presupuesto del país, planificación financiera para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa y de que se mantenga el control de los costos.
Gestionar regulaciones locales relacionadas con la operación de negocios.
Relación y colaboración estrecha con departamentos operativos de otros países de la región (Uruguay, Chile) en el desarrollo del negocio.
Reportar sobre el desempeño del país, proporcionando análisis y recomendaciones para mejorar el rendimiento y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
Requisitos.
Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio retail en el sector de la moda Experiencia previa en gestión especialmente en el sector de la moda Capacidad para liderar equipos y gestionar operaciones Habilidad de comunicación eficaz Conocimiento del mercado local Habilidad para desarrollar estrategias de ventas efectivas, establecer relaciones sólidas.
Mentalidad orientada a resultados, con la capacidad para establecer y alcanzar metas ambiciosas de ventas y crecimiento.
