Job Role & Skills Skill Sets In depth Knowledge of PDH SDH/SONET, Ethernet and DWDM.
Should have proper understanding of Transmission related alarms.
Should have proper understanding of optical fiber netwrok.
Should be able to Troubleshot related to alarms technology and type.
Should have hands on experience on few of the products & platforms mentioned below, Should have knowledge of testing equipment’s like OTDR, RTU, BERT etc.
Should have worked on NMS/EMS Should have hands on experience on monitoring tool, ticketing system, citrix, RDP,  Should have basic knowledge of IP Network Knowledge on Change management, should have raised and executed the network changes Follow the use of common processes.
Ability to remain calm when working to demanding timescales and deadlines.
