About the CompanyCandam developed a patented system able to recognize all types of packaging material in real-time thanks to acoustic techniques combined with AI algorithms. It is a system that can recognize who is recycling what, where and when. It is adaptable to any waste bin, and it can turn them into smart bins. It is present in 10 countries, and has installed more than 7000 so far.Having successfully raised over EUR5m since our launch and counting with the support of important partners such as InnoEnergy, Enion Venture Partners or CDTI, we're expanding our team and seeking an experienced B2B Marketer who will work closely with the CEO and with the Business Development- Sales team expanding Candam´s reach into the public and private sectors.Our mission is to increase packaging recovery rates by enabling easy and affordable Return and Earn Schemes, while the vision is to create a synergic ecosystem to ensure  waste collection is improved globally. Know more about us here https://candam.eu/ .Job DescriptionAs a B2B Marketer, you will handle marketing efforts for brand awareness. As well as, lead generation, web site development and content curation/creation, and sales collateral.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.Drive online and offline marketing: manage digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.Work with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.Develop Demand Generation tactics and implement Lead Conversion principles.Build A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.Create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.Create audience segments and develop marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.What we’re looking for:This is not a management role, you'll need to be passionate about rolling your sleeves up & doing the work. We're looking for a thinker-doer, not one or the other.Ideal candidates must have a strong bias toward action with the ability to problem-solve quickly and make decisions based on Candam´s business and growth goals.Key qualifications of a successful candidate:BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.Excellent communication skills.Written and spoken English and Spanish at a Professional or Native level. Proven Experience in Customer or Community Marketing:Demonstrated success in building and nurturing engaged communities around a product or service.Email Marketing Expertise:Proficient in leveraging email as a key channel for customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.Strong understanding of email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimization techniques to improve results.Content Creation and Strategy:Ability to create compelling and relevant content across multiple formats (blogs, newsletters, case studies) to support community engagement and lead generation.Proven experience in SEO-optimized content creation that drives organic traffic and supports investor acquisition goals.Strong storytelling skills to highlight customer success and build brand credibility.Social Media Marketing:Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to engage with community members, generate awareness, and promote referral or advocacy programs.Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.Cross-Channel Marketing Skills:Strong understanding of how different channels complement each other and how to best leverage each to maximize community growth and investor acquisition.Data-Driven Decision Making:Strong analytical skills, with experience using marketing tools to track and report on key metrics like customer acquisition, engagement, and LTV.Proficient in testing and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI, including A/B testing and iterative improvements based on data insights.About Candam TechnologiesWorking with us means joining a team where passion drives effort, transparency and trust thrive, ownership is cherished, and where ambition is always balanced by healthy humility.
