s) Plan de formación propuesto El candidato se formará en el  Departamento de Data Driven Insights & Analytics, un equipo clave para el diseño e implementación de soluciones analíticas que apoyan las operaciones comerciales y la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Acorde con el  Programa CITIUS  de Iniciación Profesional en la Empresa, que fomenta la combinación de formación académica con prácticas empresariales adaptativas, el becario.
Participará en el análisis e interpretación de datos junto a los equipos de analytics, negocio, operaciones comerciales y business insights, mejorando sus habilidades de toma de decisiones basada en datos, crucial para su adaptabilidad profesional.
Se formará en proyectos de Analytics de principio a fin, desde la ingesta hasta la visualización de datos, enfocándose en la personalización de su itinerario formativo a través del aprendizaje práctico.
Desarrollará competencias en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas avanzadas como Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, además de aprender lenguajes de programación como SQL, Python, Spark (pySpark), R, en línea con la personalización y adaptabilidad del  itinerario formativo  promovido por el Programa  CITIUS.
Adquirirá una comprensión integral de las nuevas tecnologías en analytics y su impacto en la industria farmacéutica, preparándose para una inserción laboral efectiva en un sector altamente dinámico y adaptativo.
Requisitos básicos.
Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Grado en Estadística, Grado en Ingeniería de Datos, Grado en Matemáticas, Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Grado en Ingeniería Biomédica, Grado en Biotecnología o similares...
Nivel C1 de inglés Requisitos valorables.
Máster en Big Data o análisis de datos Deseable destrezas en programación, especialmente en R o Python.
Interés por el análisis de datos y su representación gráfica.
Valorable proficiencia en herramientas de Microsoft Office, PBI, Azure.
Buen expediente académico.
