Bid Manager - Renewable Energy Projects Based in Madrid, Spain.Full-time position. Bid manager required to ensure successful delivery of large scale renewable energy projects. Excellent opportunity in the renewable energy sector! ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the entire bid management process, from reviewing invitations to establishing project timelinesCollaborate with the commercial team, such as sales and operations to develop bid strategiesEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual standards.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Conduct post-bid reviews and best practices to enhance efficiency. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience as Bid Manager or similar roles.Proven track record of successfully managing bids for large-scale energy projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.Strong knowledge of procurement processes and regulations in the European market.Excellent leadership and communication skills to achieve project objectives.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
