Position summary:The position of Account Executive is responsible for the full sales life cycle from prospection to closing of deals. Their principal goal is to develop new business relationships for enterprise-level accounts.Position responsibilities: Manage and lead regional business development activities to drive new revenueResearch and understand all industries that G3 markets work with including industry leaders, current events and any other pertinent dataDevelop prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, various professional directories and personal investigationFoster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (tradeshows, regional organizations, etc.)Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsPresent G3’s solutions via one-on-one, group, online and in-person meetingsCreatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy within assigned regional market and vertical industryNegotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clientsEducate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process, including rates, justification for turnaround time and competitors’ informationDevelop a regional/national account strategy as well as program level strategies to achieve the stated revenue and margin goalsDevelop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of G3’s servicesEffectively grow high-level customer relationships within clientsComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager / supervisorEssential skills and experience required: Native level of written and verbal English communication skillsMinimum Bachelor´s Degree or its equivalentBetween 1-3 years of professional experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsProven track record in achieving sales targetsStrong interpersonal skillsComfortable working to targets and KPIsAnalytical thinker with strong attention to detailDesired skills and experience:Previous Account Management experience is beneficial but not essentialKnowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiencyWhy G3 Translate?At G3 Translate, we believe that creating an employee base of diverse individuals make us a stronger team.
