In just a few short years, we’ve experienced incredible growth and are preparing for even bigger expansions in 2025.If you’re excited about working for a dynamic, forward-thinking company with bold ambitions, this is your chance to make an impact.Your MissionAs a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving DM Containers’ growth and expanding our global footprint.You’ll focus on:Driving container sales and leasing.Building long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers.Uncovering untapped market opportunities.This is a high-impact role for ambitious, self-motivated professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for container sales and leasing, including one-way leases, buybacks, and long-term agreements.Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships to foster trust and collaboration.Sales Leadership: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation, deal closure, and after-sales support.Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and developments to uncover opportunities.Representation: Represent DM Containers at client visits, conferences, and industry events, strengthening our global profile.Travel: Engage in international travel to meet clients and explore key markets.Innovation & Collaboration: Partner with the founding team to develop creative strategies, explore new markets, and expand customer segments.What We’re Looking ForExperience2-5 years in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.Experience in logistics, supply chain, or the container industry is a plus.A strong network of industry contacts is highly desirable.SkillsExceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Strategic and creative problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.TraitsRelentless Drive: You thrive on challenges and go the extra mile to succeed.Work Ethic: You are determined to achieve exceptional results.Ownership Mindset: You take pride in delivering excellence from start to finish.Collaborative Spirit: You value teamwork and contribute to collective success.LanguageFluent English and Spanish are essential.
