ABOUT THE CLIENT:Our client is one of the largest cloud-based SaaS transportation software companies in Europe. They are helping to save the planet by digitizing an industry that isn’t at the maturity level of using technology as other industries. They help reduce the carbon footprint of transportation by ensuring the trucks on the road are as full as possible. Today in Europe 60% of all goods move on the road and at any point in time 40% of those trucks are empty.THE JOB OVERVIEW:The Business Development Representative for the DACH market - Enterprise clients is an important member of the Sales and Marketing organization, playing a critical role in the organization in uncovering and qualifying leads by understanding the prospect’s business challenges and pre-qualifying opportunities by phone, video and email contact. The Business Development Representative role is focused on generating qualified sales opportunities to drive the pipeline.Working in collaboration with marketing and sales, the BDR provides first-hand feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts based on experiences with customers and prospects.WE HAVE MATCH IF:Min. 3 years of sales or lead development experience, SaaS products.Native level of German, and you are fluent in English( other languages is a plus).You have a positive attitude, resilient, team-oriented, and a dynamic self-starter who can work independently as well as in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.You own strong written and verbal communication skills, are proficient in active listening, and have effective telephone/video communication skills.You are a constructive problem solver knowing no organization is perfect so you can make a difference!Ability to qualify, prioritize and objectively review sales leads to generate maximum effectiveness and return on time investedWHAT WE OFFER YOU:The opportunity to be part of our client's international Sales team, a work environment where autonomy, self-management, thinking outside of the box and being proactiveis key.An excellent career and growth opportunity at a leading player in transportation management software.Working with great colleagues from different parts of the world.Hybrid working model, with no mandatory days to come to the office.A permanent contract.A transparent company culture that rewards excellence and pays attention to your personal well-being and development
