To support this mission, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic People team.As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation strategies and policies that align with our company’s global standards and strategic goals. This position ensures the competitiveness of our compensation packages in the market and enhances our ability to attract and retain top talent while supporting employee satisfaction. You’ll also oversee compliance with regulatory standards across our markets, ensuring that our benefits offerings are optimized for each region.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation Analysis: Conduct compensation benchmarking and market studies to assess salary and benefits competitiveness, proposing adjustments that align with industry trends and company goals.Benefits Strategy: Design and implement benefits programs (insurance, pension plans, flexible compensation) to ensure attractiveness and competitiveness for employee retention.Policy Development: Develop and maintain compensation policies and processes in alignment with local and international regulations.Project Management: Participate in strategic projects, such as annual salary reviews, job evaluations, and the creation of pay structures.Communication and Training: Effectively communicate compensation and benefits programs, providing training to managers to ensure proper understanding and application of policies.Compliance and Audit: Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, conducting regular audits and collaborating with legal teams on global standards.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Experience: At least 3 years in a Compensation and Benefits role, preferably in a multinational environment within complex compensation structures.
