CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

In this respect, we contribute positively to the development of the communities that we work in and to provide our employees the support an opportunity to grow professionally and personally in each project, wanting them to feel as an integral part of the Company.We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Construction Manager based in our offices of Madrid with relocation to South Africa.Overview of the PositionMision:Coordinating the site team in order to ensure that the delivery deadlines for the PV plant are met and that their individual objectives are achieved.Main functions:Supervision of the technical aspects (electrical and mechanical) of the photovoltaic park construction.Supervision of the economic aspects of the photovoltaic park construction to ensure alignment with the project and maximize profitability.Project planning.Monitoring the construction schedule and milestone compliance.Conducting technical and economic analyses of potential project variations.Approval of the contractor's monthly certifications and measurements.Tracking the processing of permits, licenses, etc.Responsible for waste management and good environmental practices for both in-house and subcontracted personnel.Liaison with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client.Management of issues arising during construction.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.Higher Degree.English B2/C1.Experience:5 years of experience in EPC as Site Manager.Experience in Management of low and medium voltage works.Management of works in excess of 20 million dollars.Other requirements:Knowledge of Excel (advanced), Word and Autocad (user level).Advanced knowledge of Primavera.Regular interlocutors:SubcontractorsClientsSuppliersSite teamWhat do we offer?Contract: Permanent, after the trial period established by lawFree medical insurance for the holder and subsidised for direct family members.Life insurance.Subsidised childcare voucher in the amount of €50 per month combined with flexible remuneration.Birthday off if it falls on Monday to Friday.Work on relevant projects with large national and international clients.Dynamic and rewarding environment for professional developmentGransolar Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
