People who are curious to try new ways of working; adventurous enough to push boundaries; and who have the tenacity to drive ideas forward.What will your mission be?Provide support on the general accounting and reporting tasks for European offices initially for maternity cover, tasks including:Support the annual audit process including liaising with external auditors, internal stakeholders to ensure a complete and timely completion of the 2024 annual auditProvide cover for the accounting team in Spain across all accounting activities including but not exhaustive; Posting Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.Bookkeeping of SG&A invoices, AR collections, AP payments, and month end general ledger entries.Preparing bank payments and daily bank reconciliation.Preparing AR and AP reports and Cashflow forecasts.Assisting in month-end closing, reporting, and analysis of results.Assistance in the upgrade of the global ERP system – testing, analysis, reviewing current to future state processes Supporting projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.Handling additional tasks assigned by the CFO.What do we need from you? • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. • Proven accounting experience, with an emphasis on previous audit experience – either from the auditor or company side perspective understanding the audit process and requirements • Experience working in a multinational company is a plus. • Ability to handle a full set of accounts. • Proficient in English. • Familiarity with finance systems, with knowledge of Navision being a strong advantage. • Proficient in Excel. • Fast learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.What can you expect? • The opportunity to work in a global environment, engaging with diverse cultures. • A competitive salary package. • The possibility of a long-term position.
