The Operations & Credit Operations OneHUB is responsible for creation of a framework to implement centralized and integrated business operations centers on three continents, delivering the most efficient processes to our customers. With the Hub, we will reduce operational costs while ensuring a standardized luxury customer experience. It will also help us to be one-step ahead of our competitors and to balance phases of high and low demand, and therefore improving overall competitiveness and efficiency. Additionally, our operating model will be enhanced with the best of industry and global MBM best practices.🎖 The role - Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is the division of the Mercedes-Benz AG Group that encompasses all brand finance companies worldwide (Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Spain; Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Italy; Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Portugal, etc.). On March 1st, we established a Credit and Operations HUB in Madrid for all of Europe; this means that, from now on, all Credit and Operations processes, instead of being done in the country from which the operations originate, will be managed from our HUB. The position is for the Corporate and Wholesale Credit department; in this department we perform the credit analysis of credit operations of +500,000 euros, so most of the clients that are analyzed are corporations or dealers. ◼ Main accountabilities:Include accounts in the internal credit analysis tool.Preparation of letters of request for documentation to customers and dealers.Management and verification of approvals for the generation of transaction contracts for Corporate clients and dealers.Preparation of documentation for the temporary increase of credit lines.Compilation of information for the credit study.Management of the department's mailbox and resolution of doubts, as well as the management of the required actions.Back Office tasks such as the review of dealer stock audits through the internal tool and administrative tasks derived from the day to day in the department.◼ CualificationStudies: Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law or related studies.Languages: English B2-C1✨✨ What do we offer?A 1-year internship - 35 hours/week (7 hours per day).Flexible start and end times.A huge learning path throughout the year.Hybrid work model (after an adaptation period) where you will be able to combine telecommuting and on-site work.Paid vacations + 2 company holidays (December 24 and Easter Monday).Free shuttle bus departing from Plaza Castilla.Remuneration of 900 euros per month.Young work environment.Possibility of joining the staff after the end of the scholarship.
