Mission and Responsibilities.
Design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology.
Create and maintain bots and chatbots to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Actively participate in various phases of the software development cycle including design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of IVR and bots.
Requirements.
Strong knowledge of IVR and IVR development using Genesys Cloud Architect.
Experience in developing bots and chatbots.
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good level of English, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
Experience developing with VXML is a plus.
Experience in developing applications on AWS is a plus.
Experience in developing bots and chatbots with Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex technology is a plus.
