Proporcionar suport als clients per maximitzar el valor dels productes oferts.
Realitzar tasques administratives relacionades amb les comandes, utilitzant eines com Zendesk, Odoo i Trustedshop.
Treballar en equip amb altres departaments per millorar la fidelització dels clients i optimitzar la conversió.

Experiència demostrable en gestions administratives i atenció al client.
Familiaritat amb la gestió en línia i experiència en entorns internacionals.
Competència en sistemes de gestió de tiquets per al servei al client.
Domini avançat del paquet Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Es valoren coneixements didiomes addicionals.

Habilitats clau Orientació al client i capacitat per resoldre problemes de manera efectiva.
Capacitat per treballar en equip i col·laborar entre departaments.
Atenció al detall i organització en el/la gestió administrativo/a.

Adaptabilitat a eines i sistemes digitals.
