IMPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE La risorsa si occuperà di curare la promozione dei servizi aziendali e di vendere e gestire le spedizioni ed i servizi di movimentazione in fiera delle merci destinate (ed originanti) da poli fieristici o manifestazioni.
Responsabilità.
ffettuare le campagne telefoniche e l'offerta ai clienti trasmettendo i tariffari o sviluppando quotazioni nell'ambito sistema deleghe di firma previsto all'interno SGQSegnalare ai diretti responsabili impressioni di soddisfazione o insoddisfazione del cliente per dare la possibilità di gestire commercialmente la situazione.
ffrire assistenza ai clienti per la corretta predisposizione dei documenti necessari alla spedizione e per la prenotazione dei servizi movimentazione in fieraGestire operativamente le spedizioni sia in import che exportPredisporre tutta la documentazione collegata al trasporto ed alla logistica in fieraProcedere all'assicurazione della merce ove necessarioMonitorare lo stato avanzamento servizi comunicando poss.......
