👀 We are looking for an IT/Cybersecurity Compliance Expert to join our client's team. A leading European consulting, planning and project management company with more than 50 years in the Real Estate and Construction sector. You will have a key cyber security compliance oriented mission, being a profile that combines technical skills and leadership to ensure that the company's infrastructure and real estate operations follow security and regulatory standards.🖖 Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.This role involves developing, implementing and monitoring compliance programs to safeguard our digital assets.Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity compliance programs to adhere to industry standards and regulations, this can be part of consulting engagements.Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and areas of improvement.Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and documented.Experience in training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, audits, incidents and remediation efforts.Prepare compliance reports for management and customers highlighting compliance status and areas needing documented. 🧩 Requirements:Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance or a related role.Proficiency in compliance management tools and technologies.Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent.Strong understanding and experience of industry standards and regulations such as ISO2700x, GDPR, BSI, NIST or equivalent.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to work methodically.Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Commitment to staying updated with the latest regulations and compliance trends.🏆 Benefits:Salary range up to 60k€. 💰Hybrid position with possibility to be 100% Remote.A growing team in a Start-up environment with the backing of a large international group and an ambitious vision.A work environment that enthusiastically embraces and supports innovative ideas and sustainable practices.The opportunity to assume responsibility right from the start according to our 'encouraged to take-action' policy.Exciting and varied tasks providing support for our teams and experts across all locations, achieving shared goals.Our Academy with its wide range of advanced education and training offers.Attractive career opportunities in a Partner-led company. 🚀The company is expanding to Malaga.
