DESIGN MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:Manage the strategic planning and design of the Data Center project, including confirming the schematic design, organizing, and implementing the design process, and designing and reviewing the construction plan.Manage the complete design life cycle of the Southeast Asia Data Center project. Develop and implement project design plans and schedules. Be accountable for reducing project costs while ensuring quality control.Lead and coordinate various parties to advance and optimize project design. Analyze and solve problems on-site. Possess knowledge of construction processes and sequences.Lead and implement design disclosure. Guide the designer in reviewing design variations. Based on relevant experience, optimize, and innovate the technology deployed in the project and project management.Lead and participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning of the Data Center's systems and equipment. Be responsible for technical work during construction, including technical coordination and variations management.Communicate and coordinate with consultants, property owners, governments, suppliers, and contractors in Spain & EMEA.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher. Possess knowledge of (High Efficiency Green) data center industry standards and codes. Knowledgeable in local codes, TIA942 standard, and Uptime Tier standard.At least 8 years of design management experience in Spain & EMEA. Preferably with experience in data center design and Uptime certification.Knowledgeable in Spain & EMEA 's pre-construction procedures. Knowledgeable in local laws and regulations. Familiar with design and inspection standards of Local Authority, FSD, Electric Power Department, etc. Experience in project implementation.Excellent study and analysis skills. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and execution. Excellent in communication. Ability to analyze and solve problems on-site. Ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills with local consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
