Our Graduate Program is designated to provide you with a comprehensive and enriching experience, enabling you to grow professionally in an innovative and challenging environment.What we offer:As part of the R&D Team, the DQE (Development Quality Engineer) will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the Project Development Quality.To perform your role optimally, you will be onboarded to learn about our research and development processes and, thanks to our collaborative environment, you will be able to engage with various stages of our ML projects from conception to implementation.We believe in continuous learning: you will participate in training and development programs for technical and leadership skills.Operational Excellence: You will participate in high impact projects that will contribute to be continuous improvement of our processes and products.Our mentoring is personalized, with the support of an experienced mentor who will guide you in your professional development.Main tasks & responsibilities:Plan and execute the Software and System quality activities required for each project under her/his responsibility as per the process and standards. Detection, reporting and monitoring of deviations, gaps and quality risks resulting from Software and System quality audits and assessments.Ensure that the Development Quality objectives are achieved.Ensure the application of the Development Quality Assurance process.Support the coaching of the processes, procedures, methods and tools to the Development TeamSupport the preparation of the ASPICE Assessment activities.It is required: University Engineering Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications.Embedded SW development LifecycleFluent in English (B2)Communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environmentAvailability to work at our facilities located in Polinyà.It is valued:Automotive Systems and Engineering developmentSW Quality AssuranceJIRA, SVN, GIT (is a plus)Selection Process:Apply for the opportunity!Take part in interviews and assessments where you can demonstrate your skills and knowledgeDon’t miss this opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge international team in the field of automotive technology!For more information, visit our website at https://www.kostal.com/en-gb/ or follow us on our social media at IG @Kostalgroup
