E2E DCR is combining business and digital capabilities, a customer journey approach, data intelligence and strong governance with Business Units and Operations to drive a customer relationship transformation globally that makes it easdy for customers to do business with Schneider digitally.As part of the End to End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillar to grow drastically Services revenues: both field services and digital services.Schneider Electric is seeking for detail-oriented Functional Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business needs, eliciting and documenting requirements, and collaborating closely with development teams to specify the solution and ensure successful project delivery.Schneider Installed base (IB) is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated and exposed.The IB Functional Analyst Lead is a key team member of installed base digital capability.
