Galenicum is searching for its Galenicum Manufacturing Plant located in San Agustin de Guadalix, Madrid, a People, Talent & Culture Senior Manager ( Gerente) experienced in developing following accountabilities:Adapt, suggest and implement advanced, best practices, HR strategies, policies and procedures in compliance with the law and aligned with the business strategy.Organize and empower the People, Talent and Culture team to deliver results in alignment with the plan and their capabilities. Set objectives and track their progress.Ensure good office atmosphere and internal cross team collaboration. Promote the company culture and values.Work closely with departments, line managers and employees in a consultancy role in order to assist in policies, procedures and employee related issues.Promote healthy relationships between staff and management through positive mediation and handling labor disputes. Anticipates litigation risks and attendance of monthly meetings with labor union and management.Some specific work streams and goals of the function:Ensure excellent experience of the full employee life cycle - employment branding /attraction, recruiting, smooth employee onboarding and off-boarding process, development, retention and offboarding process.Manage the relationship with the labor union, ensure full compliance with the law and mediate between the different parties.Lead annual performance and salary reviews together with every line manager and managing director. Guarantee internal/ external salary equity and management of the compensation/ benefits system.Report People KPI’S to People Corporate and Governance bodies of the plant, and develop HR reports and presentations as necessary.Ensure payroll 0-mistake management and correct processing of all departmental admin tasks. Improvements with our service providers and own internal processes/systems.Correct monitoring of working-time - software adjustments, reportings, reinforcement of policies, communication, annual calendar, employee records etc.Previous experience required:Minimum 5 year experience as HR Labor Relations Senior Manager in a manufacturing plant.Experienced in negotiations with labor unions.Full knowledge of local employment laws and practices (Spain)Knowledge of pharmaceutical employment and labor law guidelines (Spain).Required skills:Leadership - self-awareness, autonomy, coaching, impeccable work ethicsNegotiation - persuasiveness, ability to reach agreements and consensusInterpersonal - Team player, trustworthy, direct and simple communication styleStrategic thinking and problem solving- understanding of issues, relationships & interdependencies; analysis of situations and resourceful in their resolutionEnergy - Dynamic, decisive, proactive, capable to work under pressureEducation:University Degree in Law.Master’s degree in HR Management (preferred)Excellent level of business English, spoken and writtenExcellent computer skills, specifically Excel - Google-workspace (preferred)
