ObjectiveTo help effectively communicate the SHA brand and deliver outstanding results to support the overall health & wellbeing business objectives. This category requires a complex and deep volume of global brand awareness and positioning to support PR & marketing, social, global initiatives and launches across all our current and future properties and products. We are looking for a strategic, creative, driven, well-connected and flexible individual to help drive our communications objectives, and oversee public relations activities globally, specifically in Europe, Middle East, Russia, North and Latin America.ResponsabilitiesWork with the Global Director of Communications & Public Relations in formulating communications strategy for the ongoing development of the business, sustaining top tier visibility on existing products and properties across print, digital, social media, and with top tier tastemakers & KOLsProvide daily efficient guidance and PR support as the Brand continues to expand globally to PR agencies worldwide, as well as Editors worldwideAbility to apply the global strategy strategically within each local, regional international marketsCoordination and evaluation of international markets for each press & influencers requestsSupport with the coordination of global events and activationsProvide daily guidance with our global staff overseeing international markets, agencies and partnersDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders / spokespersons to drive global brand awarenessFeed health & wellbeing-related contentManage the SHA asset brand archive – master documents, press dossier, and actual global assetsGlobal Calendar ManagementMulti-Category / Property pitchingSupport the team in strategizing, planning and executing global launch strategies, as well creating impactful anglesInvestigate and identify globally relevant health & wellneess opportunities to increase SHA´s visibility in press, social media and with TastemakersMonitor the competitive landscape and share relevant details with the team on an ongoing basisDay-to-day regional and global agency interface: for all communications assets, tools and requestsReporting: Responsible for compiling weekly, monthly PR coverage reports and results / KPIsResponsible for media monitoring and reportingCelebrity management, when applicableCompetent and comfortable with liaising international marketsWork closely with our properties and its team of doctors, experts and staffAbility to identify and secure close relationships with top tier international press & KOLs / VIPsDevelop and write press releasesCoordination of international press & influencer databaseStay up to date on industry news and trends, opinion leaders, etcPress reporting – Ensure execution of weekly, monthly and annual clippings reports & analysis, as well as internal coverage sharingCoordinate and ensure success of worldwide eventsFlexibility to travel nationally and internationally, whenever applicableRequirements:B.A. degree requiredBilingual Spanish – English, preferrably4-5 years public relations/communications experience, preferably with luxury health & wellness fieldGlobal communications experienceA sophisticated eye: comfort and skill at evaluating creative output and their impact in the marketplaceExperience managing PR launches from concept to execution with measurable resultsStrong writing, presentation and communications skillsAn excellent understanding of the global luxury media landscapeFrench language fluency is a plusMust be organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects & marketsA passion for health & wellbeingVersatile and flexible, embraces change, comfortable with organizational ambiguityDriven to learn and grow, grasps new concepts quickly, prioritizes efficiently and is organizedTeam player, positive, and reliable
