GROWTH ANALYST

Job OverviewWe’re looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Product Growth Analyst to help us scale and optimize our growth strategies. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the team, executing growth and marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and supporting our Growth Managers and Product Managers with insights, experiments, and fresh ideas.This role is ideal for someone who is eager to combine hands-on marketing and growth execution with data-driven product insights, all while learning how to make an impact on business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Campaign Execution & Analysis: Work alongside the Marketing teams (Growth and Brand) to define, plan and execute growth campaigns across multiple channels (paid ads, push notifications, Whatsapp, Social Media, etc.) and analyze their performance.Support Product Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with Growth and Product Managers by conducting data-driven analyses, running A/B tests, and providing actionable insights for product features and user experience improvements.Experimentation & Optimization: Assist in designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses, optimize product features, and improve user acquisition and retention.Data Collection & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (website analytics, campaign metrics, sales data) to measure success and uncover new growth opportunities.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging tactics to keep our growth strategies cutting-edge.Data Visualization & Storytelling: Present key findings in a clear, concise, and visually engaging way, using dashboards and reports to communicate results to stakeholders.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliver growth-driving initiatives.Continuous Learning: Embrace new tools, strategies, and growth hacking techniques to help both yourself and the team stay on top of the latest best practices.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, growth, product, or marketing. Internships or academic projects are welcome.Fluency in English is required, along with either Spanish or Portuguese.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Braze or equivalent.Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g. LookerStudio) is a plus but not required.Soft Skills:Outstanding attention to detail and user orientation.Strong analytical mindset with an ability to turn data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating complex data into clear business recommendations.Passion for learning and experimenting with new growth strategies.Proactive, team-first attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
