Join our passionate team to shape the future of workforce productivity andperformance management.About the Role:As the Growth Marketing Leader at Tradler.co, you will lead the development and execution ofour growth initiatives, with a focus on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, andbuilding a scalable marketing stack. Collaborating closely with the product team, you’ll alignmarketing efforts with product development to drive user acquisition, retention, andengagement. This role is about testing bold ideas, refining what works, and scaling successfulcampaigns to accelerate our impact. You’ll also establish and optimize the tools and processesthat power our marketing engine, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results. Join usto shape the future of growth in a fast-paced, purpose-driven SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:Growth Strategy:● Design and implement scalable, data-driven strategies to accelerate user acquisition andrevenue growth.● Build the marketing funnel, including the technical ensuring alignment from awareness toconversion.● Partner with the product team to develop product led growth strategies.● Test and scale innovative growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships andevents.Demand Generation:● Develop multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, social media, SEO, and paid ads toattract and convert leads.● Create nurture campaigns aligned with customer journeys to improve retention andengagement.● Collaborate with sales teams to generate high-quality leads and optimizemarketing-qualified lead (MQL), SQL and deal flow.● Utilize content and community techniques to build our growth pipeline.Experimentation and Growth Mindset● Hypothesis-Driven Approach: Skilled in designing and running experiments with clearhypotheses, success metrics, and timelines to identify scalable growth strategies.● Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in analyzing data from experiments to uncoveractionable insights and optimize future campaigns.● A/B and Multivariate T esting: Expertise in setting up, managing, and interpreting testsacross landing pages, email campaigns, ads, and other marketing channels.● Iterative Process Management: Ability to rapidly test, learn, and iterate to refinestrategies and tactics based on experimental outcomes.● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in working closely with product, sales, andengineering teams to implement and measure experiments effectively.● T ools and Platforms: Proficient in using growth and experimentation tools such asOptimizely, Google Optimize, HubSpot, or other similar platforms to execute and analyzetests.● Creative Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying unconventional opportunities for growthand testing innovative ideas.Analytics and Reporting:● Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, translating data into actionable insights.● Maintain dashboards to track marketing initiatives, regularly sharing findings with theleadership team.Team Collaboration:● This position reports to the CRO.● Partner with the Product Lead, Operations team and Sales team to align strategies withrevenue and product goals.● Lead external agencies or freelance contributors as needed for campaign execution.Qualifications:Experience:● Minimum 5 years in growth marketing or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or HRtech.● Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and scaling marketingfunnels.Skills:● Native or near-native English proficiency is required; Spanish fluency is a plus..● Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketingplatforms.
