GROWTH & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We are a dynamic revenue management software company dedicated to optimizing profitability for hotels across the globe, primarily Middle east, Europe & Southeast Asia. We are seeking for a Growth and Operations Specialist with a strong background in software support, adept at managing relationships, and experienced in the hospitality or technology sectors.Key Responsibilities:Use industry expertise to run & iterate our sales approach that resonates within hospitality tech, supporting complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.Represent the company at global hospitality tech events, seminars, and conferences, engaging with industry leaders and customers. (a new country every other month once you are warmed up)Achieve or exceed sales targets, with incentives based on successful deal closures and revenue performance.Host customer and partner events, delivering impactful presentations and promoting product offerings.Act as a thought leader, driving brand visibility and fostering industry relationships through public speaking and networkingTrain and support hotel clients in the effective use of our software, ensuring they are maximizing the features for optimal revenue management.Collaborate with the technical team to relay customer feedback and facilitate the integration of new features and enhancements based on customer needs.Develop customer success materials, such as tutorial videos and detailed guides, to improve the customer education process.Regularly review customer accounts and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or product roles within the software or hospitality industry.Strong communication skills, with fluency in EnglishDemonstrated ability to manage and influence customer relationships, both remotely and in person.A proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success.Strong plus points:Experience working with product/engineer teams to solve bugsWilling to move to DubaiRemote or Office is fine
