HEAD OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (F\/M\/D)

A Snapshot of Your Day  We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team as the Head of Finance BI, Data & Analytics.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the FP&A department's business intelligence (BI), data management, and analytics strategy and initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact  Together with FP&A Management, design and lead the overall FP&A data, BI & analytics strategy, including design and delivery of BI, data and analytics financial products and services, and data governance, data quality and data lifecycle management Lead and develop a team of finance BI, data and analytics professionals and ensuring their continuous professional development Oversee the development and maintenance of FP&A’s analytics and BI platforms, including the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new BI and data analytics tools and platforms, as required Act as a liaison between IT, Corporate Accounting, Reporting & Controlling, FP&A and the Siemens Energy businesses to ensure alignment and collaboration on cross-company data, analytics and BI initiatives Effectively communicate and advise on complex data concepts/ tools/strategic landscape to non-technical stakeholders, including to Executive Leadership Drive a data-driven culture within FP&A and Corporate Accounting, Reporting & Controlling, promoting the use of analytics and insights to drive operational and strategic decisions Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI, data analytics, and financial reporting/planning systems What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Solid understanding of data, analytics and BI tools, databases, data warehousing, and finance analytics software, as well as the ability to understand ERP systems and new technologies quickly Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as well as the ability to create a vision for data & analytics and BI, aligned and supporting the financial planning & analysis mandate  Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data & analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop his/her team and strong project management abilities to lead/oversee multiple projects with multiple stakeholders About the Team In our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology and more.
