We are looking for a Debit Collection Analyst in Madrid office!Functions :Conduct user onboardings/offboardings for the group.Respond to user requests via ticketing platform, in-person, by phone, email, or chat.Provide technical support for user requests – answering questions and resolving issues.Troubleshoot problems with computers and local networks.Configure and install software on Windows computers.Remotely access, diagnose, and resolve issues.Basic understanding of networks and connectivity.Management of inventory of all assets of the company.Requirements:Microsoft WindowsOffice 365 – online & desktop apps – configuration & user supportMicrosoft 365 Management Services – Accounts, OneDrive, SharePoint OnlineAzure Services & Active DirectoryLocal networking, TCP, IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNNetworking equipment: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, APsStrong Communication and Empathy skills.Problem-solving capabilities.Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English (mandatory).Jira is a plus.
