The ticket management related to work routine incidents as well as keeping SanLucar up to date regarding new digitals IT tools belong to your main responsibilities.
You will assit an excellent employee service regarding IT daily incidents, you will be in charge of configurating mobile phones and computers, and also updating and checking hardwares such as mobile phones, computers, screens, etc.
We’re looking for a curious “people person” who enjoys making things easier for others and providing an excellent incident management service for the rest of our SanLucar team! If besides that you’re keen about investigating and informing about new digital tools, then this is your opportunity! Become SanLucarian - What's in for you? Your internship will be accompanied by a tutor responsible for your professional training and by a supervisor of internships for the organization in general.
You will also receive a personalised training plan and we regularly carry out an evaluation session in which we intend to carry out a personalised follow-up.
In addition, we remunerate your activity monthly with 600€ gross.
At the end of your stay we will give you a training certificate, including the evaluation.

Skills & Knowledge Informatics, engineering informatics are your major subjects of study You speak very good Spanish as well as good English.
You have a sense of responsibility in your everyday work and work very precisely You have a quick comprehension skills You have good skills in Excel You can sign an internship contract through your university or scholarship

Experiencia como helpdesk... se abarcan entornos desde solucionar errores en un pc hasta la solución de errores o configuración de nuevos sistemas en entornos de servidores físicos o virtuales... precisamos dos personas para cubrir puesto de técnico de campo de redes y sistemas en empresa de informática......
