We are always searching for the perfect harmony between simplicity, aesthetics and technology in every single project.We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales, who will support the Sales team in acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customers by understanding their needs, providing competitive solutions and with business cases.You willOur inside sales will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day or sending huge amounts of messages, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing meetings.Understand our value proposition and get matching with customer needs and requirementsWork closely with business and marketing teamsResearch accounts and markets to identify key players and generate interestSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsMaintain and expand your database of prospectsClose meetings and achieve quarterly quotasRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureCapability to score the customers and the opportunitiesWe're looking for someone who hasPrevious experience in an outbound similar sales position is preferredPrevious experience working with startups/scale-ups, innovation departments, SMBs or PYMES, as we said, B2B sales experienceExperience working with Hubspot or similar CRMExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenStrong listening, sales skills and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExcellent written, phone and cold-calling skillsExceptional customer service skillsAbility to achieve targetsWe offerChallenging projects with a focus on innovationBeautiful offices in the centre of MadridBe part of a dynamic and diverse team with a desire to leave a markInternational clients with thousands of usersA laptop of your choiceFlexible working hours and the possibility to work some days remotelySalary between 20-24K a year + objectivesA bonus of 1000€/year to spend on educationIf you think you fit well with our team we'll be really happy to talk with you. ;-)
