You understand the impact that you'll create on the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.DutiesDrive Weecover'ss growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.Learn from our well-seasoned sales team.Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.Generate email sequences, and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.Responsibilities• Responsible for the discovery and qualification of new prospects.• Proactively nurturing leads.• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities• Interact and coordinate with the company's teams to offer the most competitive proposals adapted to specific needs.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, marketing or a related fieldMin. 3 years' of relevant work experience in the Insurance business.Knowledge about Insurance and Brokers business.Knowledge about Affinities / Partnership sales & business.Knowledge about B2B SaaS technologyYou are fully proficient in Spanish & English (additional languages are a plus)You are smart and work hardYou have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindsetYou have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convertYou are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environmentYou are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflowsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workKnowledge and experience in audiovisual sales communication and presentation tools.We’d especially love to speak with you if:You have worked for an Insurer, Broker or Affinity into the insurance market.You've worked at a fast-growing startupYou have experience integrating B2B SaaS Sales Teams.You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed teamWe Offer:Attractive salary package tailored to your profile.Incentives for achieving objectives.Ability to self-manage time and operations.Personalized training program.An opportunity to join a great team and structure from the beginning and grow.
