INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE (GERMAN)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE GERMAN FLUENT Oxford is seeking a Customer Service International professional for a leading pharmaceutical company headquartered in Barcelona, which is undergoing an exciting growth and expansion strategy. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for international clients.Responsibilities:Manage order intake via phone, email, and process orders using SAP.Coordinate shipments and deliveries with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.Handle return shipments and manage claims.Respond to customer queries from both external and internal stakeholders.Influence and optimize customers' purchasing behaviors.Oversee inbound deliveries and ensure sufficient stock levels.Coordinate order management processes for international distributors, third-party customers, and replenishment for subsidiaries.Ensure orders comply with internal policies and process them promptly.Respond to inquiries swiftly and efficiently, meeting customer expectations.Provide feedback to keep customers fully informed about their orders.Prepare regular reports on order status and monitor stock availability.Attend meetings with internal teams to update on order statuses and ensure timely supply.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, escalating complex issues as needed.Instruct Logistics and Export Teams for shipment coordination.Handle complaints in accordance with internal policies.Deliver high service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Process requests accurately and in a timely manner.Keep all stakeholders informed professionally, ensuring accuracy.Escalate complex issues for advice when necessary.Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records.Requirements:Customer-oriented approach.Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Relevant educational qualification.Proficiency or native level in English.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (advantageous).SAP experience.At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.In-depth knowledge of international export regulations and practices, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.Strong communication and negotiation skills to build effective international business relationships.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Customer-focused and able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
