One more year, we have been named Top Employer in 2024.Because #GreatTech, needs #GreatPeople, like youWe are seeking highly motivated junior professionals interested in joining our Product Strategy & Transformation practice called Asset-Based Business.This area is responsible for empowering the creation of digital products in the company's business units supporting their strategic definition, development and marketing in Europe and Latin America.Position:Support in the development and execution of strategic consultancy projects about digital technologies in different industries (health, banking, insurance, etc.) in an international environment.Assistant to carry out Market Intelligence projects where analytical capabilities need to be applied.Elaboration and present project deliverables, ensuring the quality and timeliness in the handover.Participate in the development of new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.Consolidate, transmit and put into practice the knowledge acquired in project engagements.Your backgroundRecently completed or in final year of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or any with a Business or Technology background.Fluent in English and Spanish, with international exposure.Minimum experience not requiredHigh level of Word, Excel, Power PointExcellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate complex ideas and issues to different interlocutors.A proactive, autonomous and committed contributor.A team player and collaborative attitude.Flexibility, able to work in fast-paced environments.Desirable skills: Experience in IT consulting sectorKnowledge of market leading IT solutions and cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI/ML, IPA/RPA, iBPM, Process Mining…)Level of English C1 (certification is not compulsory)What we offerBeing part of a dynamic, young, enthusiastic team, oriented towards success in a great work environment.On-the-job training, supported by our NTT DATA University course catalogue.Flexibility and hybrid work.
