We are seeking an IT Project Manager Junior to join our rapidly growing team. As an IT Project Manager Junior, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing B2B technology solution implementation projects. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon scope.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage B2B technology solution implementation projects.Communicate with clients, internal teams, and partners to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.Develop and execute project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resources.Manage project risks and identify and mitigate potential issues.Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon scope.Document project processes and procedures.Seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience managing B2B technology solution implementation projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.Driving LicenseFluency in English and Spanish.BenefitsSalary between 30,000€ - 35,000€Opportunities for growth and professional development.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and industry-leading clients.
