We want to hear from you!At OK Mobility, we’re here to revolutionize the world of mobility. 🚗🛵🚚🚙🛴🛥️Our goal is to help our customers find the mobility solution that best suits their needs, whether it’s renting or purchasing the vehicle of their dreams.🔍 What are we looking for?We are looking for an inspiring and talented development team lead that helps us to guide, coordinate and mentor a team of developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software aligned with the functional and technical specifications provided by supporting the team in the day to day duties in a timely fashion manner.Our platform is composed by some legacy systems in Spring MVC and PHP and other newer solutions based on Spring Boot in AWS.💼 Main responsabilities & tasksParticipate in the planning, definition, design and execution planning of the development tasks in a project and ensuring that people are properly assigned to ensure the right execution.Provide guidelines and establish best practices in development, including code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.Partner with the architects in the definition and low level design of solutions to the projects’ requirements.Own P1 incidents related to the ongoing projects or assigned building blocks in BAU.Collaborate with project managers, QA Leads, architects and IT Operations to ensure a smooth way to deliver value to the business.Evaluate developer performance on a regular basis and offer feedback to drive continuous improvement and motivate the team.Identify resource or skill needs and manage workload to avoid burnout, adjusting the distribution of tasks or requesting additional resources when necessary🆗 What's it like to work at OK?At OK Mobility Group, we love what we do—that's the key to our success and continuous growth.
