IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Are you ready to elevate your career in Technical Support?We're actively seeking a dynamic IT Technical Support to become a vital part of our expanding for one of our clients their Global Support organization.The responsibilities of this role are multifaceted and vital to our success. You will:- Handle technical escalations and resolve issues passed on from L1 support.- Communicate directly with customers, providing clear and concise updates during case resolution.- Become a product expert and stay current with new features.- Assist customers through onboarding, implementation, production phases, and deployments.- Collaborate closely with L3 Engineers, adhering to our predefined escalation flows.- Maintain extensive documentation to aid other support teams and decrease future escalations.- Participate in our global On Call rotation.- Meet strict KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-notch service delivery.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years in a Technical Support organisation, with experience in a SysAdmin role in a Linux environment and networking. Analytical and troubleshooting skills are crucial, as is familiarity with Kubernetes administration (Azure AKS, RedHat OCP).
