ITSM LEAD & GOVERNANCE ARQUITECT

We are looking for a ITSM Lead Governance Architect work on a hybrid project In Alcobendas- Madrid (2 days -Office)Project Context You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the organization's IT Service Management (ServiceNow) processes and systems. You will play a key role in managing this project.For us, we would love if you have:At least English C1, Spanish is a plus.Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations, including cloud services, networking, and security.Strong experience in designing and implementing ITSM architectures.Ability to create detailed ITSM process maps, workflows, and documentation.Experience with integrating ITSM solutions with other IT management tools and systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Some of your responsibilities Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure cohesive ITSM practices.Establish governance frameworks to ensure adherence to ITSM standards and best practices.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure ITSM processes meet their requirements.Provide guidance and support to IT staff and stakeholders on ITSM-related matters.Develop and maintain the ITSM strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.Design ITSM processes, workflows, and policies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.Ensure the ITSM architecture supports the integration of various IT services and tools.Lead the implementation of ITSM solutions, including tool configuration, customization, and deployment.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within ITSM practices.Ensure continuous optimization of ITSM processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.What do we offer?- We care about you, your happiness, your well-being and your health;- We have an open career map with options for mobility and growth in our technological communities;- We validate training: we provide customized training for IT and adapted to your pace.- Access to a range of benefits in different areas of technology, catering, sports, tourism, health and wellbeing, education, and much more.If you identify with this position, apply and come get to know us better!
