Mission and responsibilities.
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering, and access management.
Oversee expense reporting and budget tracking for executive-related expenditures.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and support for executives.
Access management with Security.
Provide general administrative support to the executive team as required.
To be successful in the role you must have.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant.
Proficient in English (C1 level minimum).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software.
Desirable Skills.
Experience with typing or shorthand.
FP2 qualification in Secretarial Studies or Executive Assistance is a plus.
