The selected candidate will develop a comprehensive strategy and Roadmap for the SAP Ariba solutions, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Main AccountabilitiesProject Support and Implementation: Assist in end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects. Support project phases including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.System Configuration: Configure SAP Ariba modules according to subsidiary specifications and ensure alignment with best practices. Customize workflows, forms, and templates to meet business requirements.Corporate Collaboration: Engage with subsidiaries to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored solutions. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to guide subsidiaries through processes and new functionalities.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the SAP Ariba environment. Serve as the second point of contact for subsidiaries support during and after implementation.Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation such as process flow diagrams, user guides, training materials, and configuration guides. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for internal teams.Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in developing test scripts and performing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Ensure thorough testing of solutions to guarantee successful implementation and minimal disruption.Data Management: Support data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity. Conduct quality checks on imported data and maintain data accuracy within the system.Training and User Support: Conduct user training sessions and develop materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency. Provide ongoing support and answer user queries post-deployment to ensure efficient use of the platform.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new SAP Ariba releases, features, and best practices to recommend process improvements. Propose enhancements that align with evolving subsidiary needs and industry standards.Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with senior consultants, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver project milestones. Share knowledge and support peers in troubleshooting and implementing best practices.Key tasksRequirements Gathering and Analysis.System Configuration and Customization.Testing and Validation.Documentation Development.User Training and Support.Data Management.Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting.Collaboration with Project Teams.Staying Updated with SAP Ariba Enhancements.Feedback Integration and Process Improvement.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred).At least 1 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, Buying…).Experience in assisting with full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and support.Experience in configuring SAP Ariba solutions, troubleshooting issues, and understanding integration points with other SAP systems.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Support Experience: Background in providing post-implementation support and user assistance.• Good understanding of both written and spoken EnglishPreferred Requirements• Knowledge in purchasing and logistics SAP processes.• SAP Certification in ARIBA in SLP, contracts, sourcing, buying or SCC.• Proactiveness, committed, collaborative are our preferred skills.
