LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist responsible for identifying and attracting potential clients for our business, playing a key role in filling the sales pipeline and creating new business opportunities. This role involves several key tasks:Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling, initial contact through emails...Contact potential customers through cold calling to identify business opportunities. Be able to present products or services in a persuasive manner, adapting to the client's needs. Manage and overcome objections effectively to close sales. Use digital media such as LinkedIn to attract leads.Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to organize and categorize leads and ensure efficient follow-up with detalied record of all interaction.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.Feedback to sales team and Area Manager of lead generation campaign performance.Required2+ years' experience in cold callings, telemarketing or call center environmentAbility to communicate effectively and professionally over the telephone. Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets under pressureExperience working with CRMEnglish (C1 or native)Desired SkillsExperience in B2B markets Knowledge of persuasion and sales closing techniques. Active listening and ability to build relationships quickly.
