You will be responsible for supporting the airlines' fleets by reviewing our monitoring systems and applying updates and fixes through Ansible. You will interact with the Infra team to build and deploy scripts and tools to fix and improve our environments. You will also work with other team members and departments to plan interventions and get new hardware ready for deployment in our fleet.Your day-to-day will look like:Be in charge of the remote support for airlines' fleetsCheck and review our monitoring systems to detect problemsDeploy already-made fixes through Ansible to keep the fleet up & running 24/Build and deploy simple scripts to fix bugs in Linux environmentPrepare new hardware (Linux servers) for new deploymentsInteract with the INFRA and PRODUCT area to explain new problems and solutionsCoordinate fixes with co-workers globally locatedCooperate experience to improve systems and processesWho Are We Looking For?Hard Skills:A minimum of 3 years experience with Linux OS (ssh, data transfer, log analysis, networking)A minimum of 2 years of experience with Grafana, Graylog, and KibanaA minimum of 2 years of experience automating daily tasks and processesAn experience with Python/Go and Bash scripting.You feel comfortable with our daily stack: docker, Ansible & git.It’s a plus to have some experience with Jira, Confluence & KVMYou can troubleshoot hardware and network issues.Nice to have hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and its tools.Advanced English & SpanishTravels: This position includes regular flightSoft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills including executive presence, adaptability, and resilience.You are organized with high standards of quality and precision in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues.You are a proactive, persistent, and highly results-driven person with a continuous learning mindset.Customer-driven mindset with a positive attitude & energy, coupled with trustworthiness and excellent work ethic.You stay up-to-date with industry trends, and technological news and you are always trying to innovate and add value to the company’s product/service.Passion for the travel industry, digital services, and e-commerce.What We Offer:A full-time permanent contract with an attractive compensation package according to your profileFlexible Compensation Plan (restaurant, transport, health insurance, and childcare)Flexible working hours with a hybrid work policy (intensive work days all Fridays and in August)An international environment (20 nationalities) with a dynamic and disruptive teamLimitless professional development at Europe's fastest-growing company in its category
