Ensuring LMS Service Continuity and Integrations MaintenanceLead Service Continuity Prioritization by establishing backup plans. This ensures that even in the event of unexpected challenges, essential services remain operational and minimize downtime.Proactively identify and address potential critical issues that could impact the performance and functionality of the LMS and its integrations. Implement preventive measures to safeguard against these issues.Creates a well-documented and risk-mitigated process for its maintenance of Integration Processes end-to-end processes for managing LMS integrations and duly documented and reviewed by the EA (Enterprise Architecture) team.2. Perform the Legacy System Migration process to ensure a smooth transition from the old system to the new onePerform business requirement analysis to identify and document the scope of any future migration.Identify potential risks and challenges associated with legacy system migrations.Plan and Test migration by mapping data requirements, developing data migration strategy (sprints) and test migration in sandbox.Execute migration and conduct post-migration testingConduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the data was correctly migrated through reporting validation.3. Learning Analytics and Reporting:Update and maintain learning analytics dashboards, including but not limited to Learner Transcript Report and Course Level Report. Assess the effectiveness of existing reports and make improvements as needed.Train and support end-users on accessing and interpreting learning analytics reports and dashboards.Gather and compile data on new hires within the organization about new hires and customize reports for the different divisions.Track and report the statistics on the usage and engagement for VIP (Value Improvement Project) reporting.4. Partner with SMEs providing tecno-functional support Understand the business needs, target audience, learning objectives, and provide support during the ideation stage for a blended learning approach.Able to plan various scenarios based on customer-centric design courses to improve user experience while utilizing platform features. Provide user support by conducting training sessions on new features, bug fixes, and enhancements as needed.Offer technical support for problem-fix escalation using ALM and work with the technical team to escalate and resolve ALM tickets in ServiceNow.Test and collect evidence for Bugs-Fixes, ensuring the resolution aligns with the identified issues.Work with PO/PM and stakeholders to document Enhancement Requests (ER), outlining detailed requirements, specifications and business value.5. Perform System(s) Quarterly Release UpdatesTesting and Collection of Evidence: Conduct thorough testing of system(s) quarterly releases to identify potential issues or bugs.Identify and analyze potential risks associated with the release and propose mitigation strategies.During the Quarterly Release Impact Analysis, evaluate potential changes in user experience, system performance, and integrations with external tools.Conduct Release Presentations, prepare and deliver presentations on quarterly releases to the business community.6. Lead and facilitate Community of Practice (CoP) meetingsThe administrator is responsible for building and maintaining an active and collaborative Community of Practice (CoP). This includes strategic topic selection, effective facilitation, and knowledge management to support learning and professional development within the LMS community.Facilitate meetings that encourage collaboration and idea-sharing on adult learning topics, promoting cross-divisional use case, technology, and scenario exchanges for improved learning outcomes.Update the CoP SharePoint page with relevant documents/videos, ensuring insights, best practices, and lessons learned are documented and shared.Required Experience/Technical Skills:Proficiency in content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, Captivate Prime, Adobe Sign, HTML, and others.Experience with LMS platforms like Adobe Learning Manager, Moodle, or Blackboard.Knowledge of instructional design, educational technologies, and training methods.Experience with Jira/Confluence and Jira Service Management Software.Proficiency in learning analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.Effective written and verbal communication with Subject Matter Experts and internal stakeholders.Excellent at analysis and problem-solving.
