LOGISTICS MANAGER

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, we are seeking a dynamic Logistics Manager in Spain to join us in our transformation journey with the important task to build our new logistic strategy for the future leading and optimizing our logistics operations. If you're skilled in Logistics creating a good delivery reliability, managing inbound and outbound logistics and is an excellent team leader that gets things done this is the job for you. You will have the following functions:Effectively oversee the logistics operations.Analyse logistics data to identify inefficiencies and improvements. Manage budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize logistics operations.Providing high-quality customer service, meeting client expectations, and resolving customer issues.Lead and mentor logistics teams. Manage complex projects and coordinate tasks across teams. Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and manage risk associated with logistics processes. Inventory management and securing stock accuracy. Verify compliance with order orders, ensuring that the planned procedures are completed on time and with the expected quality.Plan warehouse workloads and shipments with the aim of meeting Customer order delivery plans.Ensure reliability in the preparation of "Picking" and "Packing" of the goods.Define and maintain the necessary resources to meet the requirements.Creation and/or improvement of procedures and processes, as well as development of efficiency.Ensure inventory reliability.Requirements:Medium or higher qualification.5 years in a similar position and in an industrial environment.Experience in controlling warehouses with a high number of references and locations.Team management.Knowledge of the workflow in an Industrial warehouse.Used to work with KPIs.Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP (M3 by Infor) systems, and emerging technologies is a merit.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies like Agile or Six Sigma Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or business intelligence (BI) software Essential management of ERP (minimum experience of 3 years) and Office automation.Experience with WMS.Experience in automatic warehouse.Relevant certifications, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus. High level of English (C1).We offer:Indefinite contract with our client.Salary to be defined according to experience and training provided.Project in a solid company that is a benchmark in their sector.
