EBRO SUV is a leading automotive company dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team and lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance our customer relationship management processes.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the specific needs of the car company, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with existing systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system.Monitor and maintain the CRM system, performing regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting as needed.Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure accurate and complete transfer of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Dynamics 365 CRM, applying best practices to optimize system performance.Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and support.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.Knowledge in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, entities, and plugins.Experience with data migration and integration tools.Knowledge of NextLane and its integration with Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other data analysis tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher.Experience in the automotive industry.Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
