Description of the work to be carried out Within the field of telecommunications & its future, in which Tech Mahindra excels, we are currently recruiting for our Madrid officeAbout the Role:The Level 1 Fixed Access SPOC - The NOC L1 Operator is an important role within the team, serving as the focal point in monitoring and resolving incidents. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and a proactive attitude to maintain operational stability and efficiency.Fixed Access SPOCLocation:Madrid SpainDescription:The Level 1 Fixed Access SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 fixed access . This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects.Duties:Lead and manage the level 1 fixed access team.Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 fixed access .Monitor performance and implement improvements.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field.Extensive experience in level 1 fixed access .Strong leadership and management skills.Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei.Skills:OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM HuaweiEl SPOC de Acceso Fijo de Nivel 1 - Operador NOC L1 es una función importante dentro del equipo, ya que actúa como punto focal en la supervisión y resolución de incidencias. Esto incluye garantizar un funcionamiento eficaz, cumplir los objetivos de la organización y gestionar las tareas y proyectos pertinentes.Funciones: Dirigir y gestionar el equipo de acceso fijo de nivel 1.Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias y políticas para el acceso fijo de nivel 1 .Supervisar el rendimiento y aplicar mejoras.Coordinarse con otros departamentos para garantizar el buen funcionamiento.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y normativas de la empresa.Requisitos: Licenciatura en el campo de Telco/IT.Amplia experiencia en acceso fijo de nivel 1 .Gran capacidad de liderazgo y gestión.Dominio de las tecnologías y herramientas pertinentes: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei.Competencias: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei
