O&M PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Location: Madrid, SpainWho are we recruiting for?Our client is a global leader in the development and construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects. With a strong presence across 16 countries, they are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic O&M Procurement Manager to join their vibrant and motivated team.What will you be doing?Designing and implementing procurement strategies for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management across multiple geographies.Providing OPEX cost estimations and forecasts in coordination with technical and commercial teams.Leading Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure optimal O&M and Asset Management models.Collaborating with key stakeholders to align strategies with company goals and industry best practices.Managing supplier relationships, conducting market screenings, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.Are you the ideal candidate?Qualified professional with a degree in Engineering or related fields (additional studies in procurement/logistics is a plus).At least 5 years of experience in O&M procurement, with a strong background in supplier and contract management.Motivated and determined, with excellent negotiation, analytical, and multitasking skills.Proactive and capable of improving processes in a fast-paced, multinational environment.Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and a willingness to travel (20%-30%).What’s in it for you?Join a unique, award-winning company making a global impact in renewable energy.A vibrant and inclusive company culture focused on creativity, success, and sustainability.Opportunities for personal and professional growth within a strong, brave, and supportive team.Competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and additional benefits.Be part of a focused and inspired team driving a more sustainable future.Who are we?Executive Integrity is a global executive search and recruitment consultancy for a more sustainable world with a focus on talent within the Maritime and Renewable Energy sectors.
