They create working environments where employees feel valued, can work to their full potential and where their achievements are celebrated.Role overview:The primary focus of the role involves running the Lean Production roll-out project that focuses on defining, deploying, and implementing a production system with the aim to drive growth and development across company’s sites. A key responsibility will be supporting the creation of lean methodology standards, conducting audits, and assessing workbooks and equipment standards. Additionally, the role requires regular reporting the status of the plants to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Support and follow up on the definition of the various projects related with different initiatives of Growth and individual sites. As examples (but not limited):Creation of OPEX workbookImplementation of OPEX workbookSupporting in audits to state Operational Excellence level of the plantsSupporting in deploying lean manufacturing and OPEX mentalityCreation of materials for lean methodology deploymentCreation of tracking systems for the projectsFollow up on the status in terms of Lean Project for the plantsSupport in creation of technical standards.Coaching the teams in the implementation of the different initiatives with a very strong focus on operational excellence initiatives as well as on technical standards.Support the Global Manufacturing Excellence Director in the identification of opportunities to improve and make the company more competitive.Close collaboration with different regions to support identifying Best Practices and support for proper communication across the locations/sites.Close collaboration with other functions such as: IT, CI, Innovation, Production, Quality.High involvement in tracking savings coming from Operational Excellence initiatives.Standardization and harmonization of activities across multiple global locations.Support benchmarking and workshops exercises by collecting and analyzing data to help identifying and implementation of improvements.Compliance with the Company Management Systems (e.g. Project, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations) and keeping them up to date.Compliance and act according to business ethics.Education & Training:Graduated engineer.Lean/6Sigma certification or equivalent.Fluent in English.MS Office advance and Power BI.Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in developing and implementing Lean/6Sigma methodologies.International project experience.Several years in manufacturing environments (ideally automotive industry or a sector that is renowned for its commitment to operations excellence).Competencies: Analytical thinkingOrganizational capabilityFlexible and resilientGravitas to present at all levelsConscientious and high motivationHighly sophisticated communication styleChange management skillsFor reasons of better legibility, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (f/m/d) is avoided.
